Dr.’s Mike & Katie met in 2005 while attending Naturopathic Medical School in British Columbia. They shared a dream of building a multidisciplinary health team to assist others in achieving their optimum health. Upon graduation, this dream brought them back to Katie’s hometown of Fergus, where they built the first multidisciplinary health clinic in the area.
Optimum Health Centre opened its doors in 2011, with the objective of being a positive presence in shaping Centre Wellington to be the happiest and healthiest community possible. Since then, our team has grown to include many different health disciplines, provided sponsorship to many community initiatives, volunteered our time to speak to countless groups, and ran various seminars and classes.
We value the trust that the community has bestowed upon us surrounding their health care needs. We look forward to providing the best care possible to the community for many years to come!
