Jennifer Florence, RPN, AFCN, graduated from Mohawk College in 2006 with a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services. After graduation, Jennifer worked as a Recreation Assistant at a Guelph long-term care facility. It was there that Jennifer discovered her love of working with seniors, and decided that she wanted to continue her education, and be able to provide medical care to the senior population. In 2010, Jennifer graduated from Conestoga College with a diploma in Registered Practical Nursing, and the distinction of being named to the Dean’s Honours List.
Since that time, Jennifer has been providing care to elderly residents at a long-term care facility in Guelph. Being born and raised in Guelph, Jennifer prides herself on being able to provide medical care within the Guelph community. More recently, Jennifer has completed the Basic and Advanced Foot Care course, and has recently opened her own business which provides foot care to seniors and diabetics in the comfort of their own home.
Jennifer is excited to operate a foot care clinic at Optimum Integrative Health Centre, and looks forward to providing foot care to the senior and diabetic population of the Fergus area.
